My role became more focused on graphic design, marketing and communications: ■ Built web pages on the company website using WordPress for Annual Reports and annual events including the Youth Business Summit with over 4,500 attendees - in 2020 I built a landing page and dynamic, digital trade show floor for the Youth Business Summit: Reimagined, a virtual mock trading experience for participants all over the world. The pages received over 2,000 visitors over 2 days, and served as inspiration for the 2021 YBS and trade fairs for similar programs internationally■ Designed and formatted the layout of print booklets using InDesign and Illustrator for the 2018-2019 Annual Report and events such as the annual Youth Business Summit and fundraising Gala■ Created and maintained the yearly company-wide calendar using Google Sheets by regularly communicating with regional directors across the U.S.■ Staffed annual national and regional events and competitions as a judge, moderator, and registration overseer■ Developed graphics and wrote captions for social media posts on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram about program events such as trade fairs and media coverage■ Authored articles related to press and event recaps published regularly on the company’s WordPress website■ Planned and executed a week-long Online National Teachers Conference using Zoom for 300 teachers, including building a resource hub webpage■ Ensured brand consistency by creating templates using Microsoft Word for print materials such as event programs and competition instructions for smaller regional events  ■ Produced instructions for students to run a social media marketing campaign as part of online learning resources created in response to the Covid-19 pandemic■ Maintained and revised the curriculum and program guide using Microsoft Word and Canvas

I supported NYC schools’ VE programs by visiting classes across the city and helping instructors facilitate required activities such as setting up a website. I also staffed and took part in organizing VE events in New York City including workshops and borough-wide, regional, and national competitions.

Over 10 weeks I organized a virtual trade week and social media competition for approximately 200 trainees located worldwide, as well as an elevator pitch competition for at least 30 trainees. I also collaborated with colleagues in Canada and other countries to organize Skype call sessions between Canadian trainees and other international trainees. I designed social media posts associated with the social media competition, engaged in marketing research on brand visibility, and designed branded documents such as signage and certificates to be used at meetings, competitions, and other events.

I designed materials such as business cards, social media graphics and signage for clients including Javits Center and Barnes and Noble.

I collaborated with the school's Mandarin Department to illustrate four storybooks to be used for assessing students' proficiency in Chinese.

As part of USA Girl Scouts Overseas, my troop and I organized events including the annual Father-Daughter dance, bake sales, and volunteer opportunities. We also served as camp counselors for the annual camping trip, and sold baked goods at Boy Scout events.
