Met with both technical and business units.- Created technical design document of their current process and technical architecture. Worked with their IT Managers to determine long term goals and incorporated them into our document.- Created RFI / RFP document and requested the Top 7 Content Management Vendors to respond.- Analyzed their RFP responses and assessed it against our client’s requirements, technical infrastructure, our knowledge of the client’s skill levels, and against the ease implementation and use.- Met with each vendor and negotiated preliminary software license costs.- Analyzed 7 Content Management Systems and recommended Documentum as Enterprise Content Management System- Created an Implementation Plan that outlined the implementation scope and cost of implement Documentum and deploying it to their web farm. We also recommended to our client to expand the scope to include other implementation solutions.
