The Wal-Mart in Menomonie, WI went live for online grocery pickup in mid-April. I was part of the initial official team to work with the online orders. I picked products for customers and conducted the dispences to customers. I also made sure they were satisfied with their service. If not I was given the power to fix it, I actually enjoyed it.
