Currently a Level 6 Business Technology student at Manchester Metropolitan University, throughout my professional career so far I've demonstrated a consistent upward trend of personal and professional development. In this final year of university, I am hoping to replicate my second-year success, of achieving a first, with the same dedication and hard work. My work experience as a Senior Bartender has honed my leadership and training skills, particularly in welcoming and guiding new team members. I thrive in social and dynamic environments and am committed to making a meaningful contribution.As part of my personal development, I decided to challenge myself over the summer and take on climbing Mount Kilimanjaro. I successfully managed to summit the mountain and raise a total of £12,000 for the Dig Deep Charity between me and my three mates. It was an invaluable experience that led me to showcase determination, perseverance and the ability to step outside of my comfort zone and try something new.My degree and relevant work experience have helped me gain academic and practical experience in general business, teaching me how businesses are run and what can be done to improve them.
