Process of monthly salary to the employees as per HR payroll.10. Prepare of Full and Final payments of employees as per HR instruction.11. Prepare Cheques and bank transfer document (RTGS, NEFT).12. Maintaining bank statement reconciliations for all bank accounts on daily basis.13. Prepare and maintain copies of vouchers, invoices and all supporting documents for accounts and keep to be ready for internal and external audit.14. Calculation and deduction of TDS of parties at the time of payment or bill booking (if applicable).15. Vendor’s GST check on portal and in 2A.16. Maintaining month wise GST Bill’s record.17. Handling of All Accounts Payable & Receivable of company.
