1.Knowledge of API 1104, ASME IX, ASME SEC-V, API 5L, ASME SEC IIC, ASME, ASME 31.8,31.4ASTM, OISD 226 and related codes & standards.2.Sound knowledge in all activities related to Pipeline Construction and monitoring Inspection of all the activities in line with QAP and ITP.3.Familiar in conducting Welder Qualification Test and preparation of WPS and PQR.4.Ensure Inspection and Execution of Pipeline construction in line with Alignment Sheets.5.Familiar with all NDT processes like RT,UT and DPT and their applicability in Gas pipeline activities.6.Preparation and Checking of PipeBook Part A ,Part B and PartC7.Familiar with SMAW and GTAW and Selection of Welding Electrodes as per WPS and PQR8.Familiar with all Welding processes required for Pipeline Construction.Checking and approval of As-Built drawings in line with construction Supervision of all pipeline activity from initiation of project to contract closing and ensure all check points and witness of work as per approved inspection and test plan (ITP).9.Inspection of Material and Identification to be carried out as Per Applicable Codes ,Purchase Order Copy and Correlated with MTC and Inspection Release note (IRN).10.Witnesses Destructive Testing (DT) of weld joint and EQT as per API 1104 & ASME Sec IIC.11.Familiar with Hydro test activities and calculation (Air volume calculation)Familiar with pre-commissioning and Commissioning activities.12.RT Film Interpretation checks defect and acceptance as per API 1104.13.Witness HDD Methods (Pilot, Reaming, Clean Pass & Pulling)Witness Joint Coating (Blasting Roughness, Peel test, WFT, Coating Thickness, and Holiday).14.Organize Weekly and Monthly Meetings with team and contractors to Meet Project Deadlines.15.Review of job procedure, QAP, ITP & IR with respect to specifications and contractual terms and conditions.16.Reconciliation of direct materials as per the actual consumption.
