• Responsible for overall in process quality & out going quality.• Responsible for maintaining lean system on shop floor.• Handling all quality manpower and administration of shop floor.• Generate Daily MIS and delivered to all information about it to management.• Organising regular quality meetings by involving process quality and production team members.• Daily rejection analysis & coordinating for root cause analysis & CAPA for major defects and maintaining records.• Problems solving through trouble shooting.• Maintaining the relevant documents, training people for equipment and process knowledge.• Responsible new trial for product development.• Maintaining the documents as per ISO 9001 and TS16949 requirements. (Drawings, Inspection Standards, Deviation Requests, ECN, MOM, CAPA & Calibration Plan etc.)• Prevention Defect and take necessary action for reduction and continual improvement• Maintenance of Quality Instruments, Calibration of Instruments and Fixture.• Identifying critical processes and monitoring quality with SPC techniques.• Training to sub-ordinate to enhance the competency according to company requirement.

o Working exposure in Tractor Assembly Process & testing. o Layout Inspection of Sheet Metal Fabricated Parts, Machined, Forged Castings and Standard Parts as per DOL Audit Plan. o Handling Inspection activities of different process Suppliers.o Process Inspection of Daily Assembly line problems.o Resolution of Quality Issues and implementing Corrective Action Plan from suppliers.o Maintenance of Quality Instruments, Calibration of Instruments and Receiver gauges.o Manufacturing Process Audit at supplier end for repeated quality issues.o Maintaining the documents as per ISO 9001 and TS16949 requirements. (Drawings, ISIR, Inspection Standards, Deviation Requests, ECN, MOM, CAPA, Calibration Plan, DOL Audit Plan etc.)o Daily Rejection Analysis and MIS preparation (Top Defects, Worst Vendors etc). o Good working exposure in Qc Rev., In-process Inspection, PDI, Part Inspection.o Good exposure in Handling Field complaints & Coordination and implementation of corrective and preventative action.o Assisting vendor audits and vendor up-gradation process through analytical approach.o Exposure in imparting training to operators for Quality improvement.o Exposure in rejection analysis for corrective & preventive actions.o Exposure to handle Field failure quality issue by visiting them.o Exposure to interact with new customer to understand & to implement their stated & implied need of Quality & other issue.
