I am a Ph.D. candidate in Chemical Engineering at the University of Notre Dame, expecting to graduate in Summer 2024. My research focuses on developing platforms and methodologies for the characterization of nanocarriers such as exosomes, supermeres, and lipoproteins in blood, with applications in the diagnostics of diseases such as cancer, cardiovascular, and neurodegenerative diseases.I have a strong background in both theoretical and experimental research, holding a Master's degree from the University of Notre Dame and a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology Guwahati. My work has been published in prestigious journals such as Nature Communications and Communications Biology, and I hold two patents related to nanocarrier detection and quantification methods.I thrive in dynamic and innovative environments where I can contribute to impactful research projects. I am excited by opportunities to work collaboratively and to leverage my skills in biosensing, electrokinetics, microfluidics, nanoparticle analysis, drug delivery, drug response, nucleic acid analysis, wound healing, and bioprocessing. I am especially interested in research involving exosomes, diagnostics, cancer, cardiovascular disease, neurodegenerative diseases and biosensor development, and I look forward to being part of a team that's pushing the boundaries of science and technology.
