I am a problem solver and data enthusiast with an interest in seeking out continuous growth and improvement within my organization. Over the past 13 years I have quickly moved through the ranks from a teacher up to second in command for the school district. In my current position, I oversee the day to day management and operations for about 350 full-time employees and about 2200 students. I am able to successfully do this through the implementation and monitoring of policies and procedures, which includes ongoing data analysis to provide insights and drive decision-making. I have played a vital role in ensuring our district maintains a superior financial rating and progressing our district from near closure due to student achievement accountability to a "C" rating, with a "B" rating projected for the next accountability rating.My expertise includes educational technology and human capital, along with data analysis and interpretation. I enjoy generating new ideas and devising feasible solutions to broadly relevant problems. My colleagues would describe me as a driven, detail-oriented, committed, and resourceful individual who maintains a positive, proactive attitude when faced with adversity. I am seeking out opportunities that will allow me to develop and promote technologies that benefit educational technology and/or human capital, and which will also engage and challenge my current skillset.
