Current-Manage QuickBooks including payroll, inputting receipts, reconciling, billing, and invoicing; assist in tax prep, quarterly and annual fillings; Consistently seek bid opportunities for hoist rental, cultivate relationship with contractors, and prepare formal proposals -Coordinate with clients for jobsite compliance by establishing drug screening, safety procedures, employee certification, insurance, quotes, permits and travel arrangements; Responsible for ordering equipment, materials and managing all hoist inventory- Manage rental for seven properties including leasing and rent collection, maintenance scheduling, and researching investment opportunities
