I am a Bachelor of Arts in Communications (Media Arts & Production) graduate however studying again and completing a Bachelor of Human Services (Counselling), majoring in Child and Family Studies. My objective is to enter the industry so I can work with vulnerable children and youth. Previously I have had nearly 10 years worth of experience in customer facing roles, whether that be face-to-face or via phone/emails. My career history required providing excellent customer service to a diverse range of clients or customers. In that time, I also honed my skills in leadership, operational support, and process improvement. I did this by working on projects that improved efficiency in the workplace, exemplifying my commitment to service excellence and innovative problem-solving. I am also always striving to learn new things and improve my existing skills.
