Research Communications Project Manager
Current-Serve as Communications Project Lead for multiple research projects, with a special focus on federally funded and community engaged research.-Lead the development of strategic internal and external communications plans in support of our research projects. - Coordinate the execution of communications projects, including the writing, editing, and designing of materials by communications specialists.- Organize timelines and resources for prompt completion of high-quality deliverables, and provide forecasting to anticipate client needs within budgets.- Manage junior team members and maintain team approach across other groups within RCE and DCRI Communications.- Work with Principal Investigators and Operational Leads as member of project leadership team and serve as primary contact for external and internal clients, as well as subcontractors as needed. - Oversee the communications scope and budget for assigned projects. - Work with project leaders and faculty to identify resources required for each project and ensure appropriate assignment/availability of staff.- Oversee the culturally relevant translation process of relevant materials to reach diverse populations, and work with community partners to ensure inclusion of all groups.- Oversee the dissemination of communication materials and key measures of success.
