Develop and implement recruiting marketing and advertising strategies and programs for all recruiting channels (both driver and non-driver efforts) Develop and foster working relationships as well as implement college, technical school and other professional groups recruiting initiatives Maintain process of the Management Trainee Program and implement any changes or improvements to the program Create and coordinate public relations in establishing a recognizable “employer of choice” reputation for the company, both internally and externally Network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups and employees Coordinate and attend career fairs for recruiting and company recognition Build strong relationships with Hiring Managers and actively engage them to staff participatory recruiting events, as well as build strong partnering relationships with talent acquisition team and with HR partners Give and coordinate presentations at colleges, attend student group meetings, and increase college awareness of the company before and after career fairs Manage any outside vendor relationships Perform other special projects as assigned
