Competenz is an industry training organisation that looks after 37 industries, big and small. Provided project admin support to a team of 15 Learning Designers who were developing resources for over 300 resources for 6 Forestry qualifications.

Working part time with a small team, Sonya was the support "superstar" providing admin support across all areas of the business. This included researching ideas for Workshop classes, ensuring company assets were maintained, providing outstanding customer service to families, and ensuring database and financial reporting accuracy.

In this part time role, Sonya assisted the Marketing team and the Conservation team with the coordination of a wide variety of projects including small team workshops, international conferences, cocktail functions and day to day admin assistance. This support allowed the teams to fully concentrate on achieving their conservation goals and objectives.Sonya achieved a strong reputation for managing competing priorities in a calm, professional manner while delivering to project expectations.

As part of the Marketing team Sonya effectively managed the implementation and communication of multiple sales incentive programs, including the high achievers “Honours Club” annual overseas trip, and consistently delivered outstanding annual sales conferences, always within budget and with positive feedback from Sales and Executive teams.Sonya also managed the sponsorship portfolio and key events and functions to promote Konica Minolta to existing and potential customers.
