Responsible for appraisal review, disputes/value reconciliation and correction request for various types of appraisals for specified Client. As Team lead, I was responsible for escalations, insuring protocol is followed by all reviewers and providing weekly education/training to unlicensed appraisers regarding current issues, UAD, FHA, and other items.

Responsible for review of appraisals per established work order quotas by management, appraisal dispute mediation, prepared quarterly reviews for designated clients, trained and mentored unlicensed reviewers, and assisted Director and floor supervisor with designated projects. Daily interaction with clients and appraisers regarding quality control issues.
