Responsible for appraisal review, disputes/value reconciliation and correction request for various types of appraisals for specified Client. As Team lead, I was responsible for escalations, insuring protocol is followed by all reviewers and providing weekly education/training to unlicensed appraisers regarding current issues, UAD, FHA, and other items arising within review process. Maintained constant communication with clients, appraisers and appraisal coordinators through integration system for each order, calls to appraiser(s) when necessary regarding quality control corrections required. Communication with supervisor regarding system updates and protocol that would possibly enhance our valuation process. Provide updates to team regarding recent client revisions to review process. Preparation of Reconciled Market Value reports.

Responsible for review of appraisals per established work order quotas by management, appraisal dispute mediation, prepared quarterly reviews for designated clients, trained and mentored unlicensed reviewers, and assisted Director and floor supervisor with designated projects. Daily interaction with clients and appraisers regarding quality control issues and dispute resolutions.
