I created a dynamic investment firm in Rincon, Puerto Rico. It is a multifaceted, boutique service that I run remotely from NY. I rehab distressed properties for short and seasonal rentals. It requires me to design and implement effective marketing initiatives using various online platforms. I have studied to be a licensed professional of Real Estate in PR and NY. In the almost 4 years of being an owner, I have gained the insight to efficiently track business trends, and cultivate strong guest relationships. As a Store Manager for Free People, I worked in 3, high volume locations in the Metro NY Market, overseeing $6 million in sales. I was trained in strategic business development, recruitment, business restructuring, mentoring, lost prevention, and client cultivation. I created comprehensive sales and marketing programs based off company metrics, to expand our position in new markets. It was my first experience with research, development, and maintenance of social media sites. My greatest success was managing inventory control. I earned extra bonuses for achieving top-performing inventory and lowest percentage of loss for each store under my management.
