• Interacting with clients and taking the active requirement from them.• Understanding the requirement and furnishing them with relevant profiles.• Generate candidates from various sources like referrals, Job search portals, and internal database and Job postings. • Screening and short listing the profiles according to client requirement based on Languages, Database, Operating Systems, Different tools expertise, Domain expertise and Target companies • Conducting Telephonic Interview (to check Communication skills, project experience, cost, notice period and other related factors).• Short-listing, scheduling the short listed candidates and interview co-ordinations. • Interview follow-ups with the candidates. • Developing and maintaining of database on the basis of immediate and future requirement.• Follow up with candidate till joining & after.
