I am an MSc candidate at Western University in Medical Biophysics. My research focuses on using magnetic particle imaging to track populations of cells in vivo. I am interested in exploring the cellular mechanisms behind disease as well as the resulting physiological implications. In my spare time, I practice my long-standing hobby of viewing stars and planets in the night sky using my telescope. Recently, I found a way to combine my interests in thinking about the impact of spaceflight on human health. Space health is an exciting field that I am keen to explore throughout my research and career. There is so much left to discover.
