About Jin Jin

Currently, I am working as an Executive Director for Huawei ICT Academy, Henley Business School, University of Reading. I am in charge of Huawei ICT Academy operations, financial management, maintaining a close relationship and developing further cooperation with Huawei. I am also providing business and marketing strategy to develop new businesses and training programs to enable achieving the targets and build branding awareness for Huawei ICT Academy in the higher education and industry. Previously I working as Partner at Honey Partnership LLP. As the driving force behind generating new sales leads and contacts, provide marketing strategy, PR, off-line campaign, social media, crowdfunding, creative services to new clients and maintain a good working relationship with existing clients and the Chinese government.Prior to that, I worked as a Sales Management and Procurement Manager at China Unicom (Europe) Operations Limited. Looking after the key accounts and managing order and revenue for Business Enterprise Department provides support and advice to the Director of Enterprise BG in strategic planning and overall business goals relating to the Services and Revenue achievement. Provide order and revenue forecast and monitoring project lifecycle to achieve our target. I knew very well internal process, good communication, and cooperation with the different department (Ex: Legal, Commercial, Procurement and Supplier chain department). Experienced Procurement Manager to manage Indirect Procurement Categories such as consultants, marketing, etc. Managed marketing activities and purchased creative and PR suppliers for the Device Department. Recruited and managed 150 consultants’ contracts and end to end process (including dealing with recruitment agencies Long-term invoices issue). I have managed several bidding processes and make procurement strategies to achieved cost reduction.
