Sophia Westrich is a seasoned AdTech professional and Co-Founder of Advance Women, an organization dedicated to advocating for women’s advancement in traditionally male-dominated industries.Throughout her life, Sophia has navigated the complexities of male-dominated spaces, from competing as a thrower in Track & Field to studying Mathematics and Computer Science, and most recently, excelling over the past decade in various technical and business roles at AdTech startups and scaleups despite facing challenges like sexual harassment and the impact of motherhood on her career. Her experiences have ignited her commitment to building a brand focused on equity for women within Tech.Before Co-Founding Advance Women, Sophia held roles as VP of Sales Operations at a $22M venture-backed AdTech startup and later as VP of Operations at another growth-stage company. Her career milestones include scaling revenue from zero to mid-eight figures within six years, leading a company to profitability in just two years, and managing two key acquisitions. Leveraging her extensive expertise in business operations, sales operations, revenue operations, M&A due diligence, and financial planning, Sophia also founded SoNoLo Consulting to empower startups in navigating their growth and operational challenges.Sophia’s career is informed by a strong sense of integrity, purpose, and resilience, complemented by her partnership with co-founders Priti Powell and Hollis Guerra.
