I have extensive experience in insurance law with over 15 years in the financial services sector. I provide regulatory advice to participants in the financial services industry including insurers, intermediaries (underwriting agencies and brokers) and corporate insureds to navigate compliance obligations, interactions with regulators, regualtory investigations including investigations by FOS, ASIC, professional bodies and government Commissions.My litigation experience includes acting in complex disputes across a range of industries including class actions, claims against financial services professionals, property professionals, and health professionals. As well as defending management liability and EPL claims against a range of professionals and corporates. I advise clients about the development of new financial products, drafting disclosure documents, distribution arrangements, undertaking due diligence and insurance provisions in commercial agreements.
