Recruited through cross-brand partnerships which I brokered and led end to end with PRADA, Diptyque, Astley Clarke, Myla. • Owned the social media strategy (+125% Instagram following) and CRM strategy (+135% revenue).• Developed and owned the loyalty scheme for VVIP high net worth clients. This segment of VVIPs represented < 1% of the customer database, yet drove 20% of the annual online revenue. • Leading Wild at Heart’s first rebrand with Studio Small agency, including campaign shoots and logo redesign.
