Current• Managing Supplier Contracts to effectively plan preventative and reactive maintenance as well as following up with report administration, quotations and remedials.• Taking the project management lead on multiple Capex projects of up to £80k including asset upgrades, repairs and complete back of house refurbishments.• Technical training content creator for Operations Managers across Decathlon UK• Taking an operational lead for multi-million pound Decathlon Estate expansion projects which included configuring fire evacuation plans, security and fire alarm plans and asset management for new store openings.• Engaging with store teams to conduct bi-annual physical safety and security audits. Encouraging and enhancing a culture of safety in the workplace.• Improving UK-wide safety matters by creating and implementing a multi-use works permit for external contractors as well as creating SOPs and SSOWs for our stores.
