- Taking an operational lead for multi-million pound Decathlon Estate expansion projects which included configuring fire evacuation plans, security and fire alarm plans and asset management for new store openings.
- Engaging with store teams to conduct bi-annual physical safety and security audits. Encouraging and enhancing a culture of safety in the workplace.
- Improving UK-wide safety matters by creating and implementing a multi-use works permit for external contractors as well as creating SOPs and SSOWs for our stores.
