Based on my last 15 years of employment I have, in particular, contributed and develop in the below areas:Strategic focus• Establishing and operationalizing strategies within the field of project management, Consulting Booking and Bodyshopping with the aim to define a clear direction for the executors and other key stakeholders • Responsible for successful implementation of strategic internal projects such as 1) transfer of activi-ties and assets from acquired company to parent company, 2) joint Nordic CV solution and 3) mer-ger, development and maintenance of time registration systems• Transforming a company into a project-oriented organization: from sales to execution. The result was i.a. commercialization of 2 project departments with 20 employees to go from negative EBITA to approx. DKK 40K EBITA per month per employee.Operations management• Follow-up on project portfolio reg. to risk, progress, and time. Participating in various steering groups to ensure a solid foundation for project implementation plus handling the internal systems for Consulting• Dialogue and establishing of increasing PM-knowledge in order to enhance: 1) sale of projects on sound terms, 2) transition to operation according to agreed criterias as well as 3) greater business insight amongst project management fostering value-creating projects• Monitor: 1) project manager utilization and 2) finances on projects and also in relation to the areas of project management and body shopping, as well as 3) Consulting booking function on KPIs.People management• As a leader I ensure that each employee has an individual development plan ensuring the continu-ous improvement of the employee’s performance. Tools for this have been regular 1:1’s and per-sonal development sessions every six months. A vital part of Leadership is how good you make oth-ers perform!• I have had success in retaining and attracting staff due to my focus on investing time and practicing openness and authenticity with my team.I have an inclusive leadership style when the overall framework is set. At the same time, I focus on an appreciative approach, so that justified recognition is given. I also have a strength-based leadership style where I focus more on improving people's strengths rather than addressing all their areas of im-provement.I practice and prioritize collaboration at all levels, both within the organisation and externally, and am therefore focused on establishing good working relationships with alle the central stakeholders.
