I am responsible for:• Project Management• Consulting Booking• Body shopping• Consulting Services• Transversal processes and systems related to the Consulting Division.I have built and developed the areas:• FROM smaller, non-integrated and non-revenue-generating• TO be larger, integrated into the overall business and revenue-generating / value-creating.The functions have been given a strategic direction and coherence with the rest of the business.PROJECT MANAGEMENT has so far moved from being a smaller and primarily internally oriented function, which was loss-making and to now overperforming in relation to the target.• The area has grown through better collaboration with sales - and the economic growth has also taken place through targeted focus on customer projects.• The methodological development has also been continuously expanded.• The function is today the largest and most competent in the IT infrastructure industry.• The function has also now built up knowledge and experience with program management and PMO disciplines.• Competence building in the team has also ensured so both Agile (SAFe) and more traditional methods can be used where relevant.The CONSULTING BOOKING function has been a merging of two previous functions which has worked very differently. This has changed!• The function is coherent and has a much more uniform expression towards the business and thus easier to access.• Metrics have been established and performance-measured / monitored and have been continuously improved.BODYSHOPPING and CONSULTING SERVICES have been established from scratch. They handle Atea's use of external consultants and the delivery of services out of the Consulting division, respectively.• The functions have become an integral part of the business and have ensured the delivery level and professional level in the two areas.

The area of responsibility was:• Project Management• consultant booking & billing functionsN• information security in Axcess.The first 7 years where Axcess was independent and the last 2 years where Axcess was bought into Atea.The PROJECT function was developed:• FROM initially consisting of 3 project managers• TO a function with more than 10 highly competent project managers who: • had a common method apparatus • was an integral part of the business: From bids to transition to operations.I have initially run projects myself and handled some of the major bids. Among other things, I was a significant contributor to Axcess getting its first major operating contract!The DISPATCH function (Booking and invoicing) was expanded in step with Axcess' growth and:• I have ensured established and documented workflows and coherence related to consulting departments, sales and customers.The INFORMATION SECURITY area meant that Axcess complied with the requirements of ISO 27001, as it was a competitive parameter.
