Joined Danfysik as Industrial Ph.D. student in accelerator physics. Functioned as expert physicist/specialist as well as on-site hands-on person. Designed and coded several parts of the control system software, including the high-level operator interface to the machine used during commissioning, and the beam diagnostics interface between the hardware and the control system. Primarily in LabVIEW, Excel/VBA, and EPiCS. Played a key role in Danfysik’s successful delivery of the injector system.Became part of Danfysik’s Healthcare division after successful PhD defense. Member of the design team for the large synchrotron-based accelerator system for the Siemens Healthcare Particle Therapy product.
