Equipment rating and make standardization to minimize inventory.6) Introduction and strict adherence of plant safety by introduction of work permission system, toolbox meeting, job safety analysis etc.7) Conversant with following Japanese system improvement tools: 5S: Systematic approach, Kaizen: Improvement, Hatto Hiyari: Risk foreseeing and . . sharing, KY call: Risk analysis.

1) Fabrication of :- Structural Parts (Column, Crane Girder, Roof Beam,and piping etc. 2) Site planning of :- Monthly programme, Micro Plan, Daily Task Sheet(DTS), Plan Vs Achievement, Monthly progress,Short fall analysis, Catch up plan making, Productivity report calculating.3) QA/QC :- Maintaining Quality Parameters like Project Quality Plan(PQP)4) Inspection: - Internal inspection & joint inspection with client, of structural items.5) Material: - Indirectly involved in Material Reconciliation.
