About Soumitra .

I am a post-graduate in Master of Science in Sustainable Architecture and Landscape Design from Politecnico di Milano, Italy, after graduating with a Bachelor of Architecture from School of Planning & Architecture Vijayawada, India. I have a strong passion for human responsive design and the psychological implications of the buildings we design. I intend to research on the re-development of a lost connection between the human brain and nature through architecture.I have been trained and nurtured as an architect by one of the pioneers of sustainable architecture in India, Karan Grover and Associates, where I worked for more than a year as an Architect and six months as an Architectural Intern. I was involved in the design development, client coordination, intern management, consultant and vendor coordination, and on-site supervision of projects of various scales and typologies, such as a 200 room 5-star hotel, an extension of the National Institute of Design, and a luxury club.
