Job - research associate in a pre - clinical CRO.Role- I conducted bacterial reverse mutation assay(ICH S2R1) with compliance to GLP as a study director I also was actively involved in routine conduct of in-vitro chromosomal aberration assays , Micronucleus assays and In-Vivo Micronucleus assay with compliance to GLP. I gained Hands on experience in mammalian cell culture and microbiology. Was actively involved in preparation of study plan , study reports and SOPs Gained skills in collection and analysis of the data of the assays conducted through MS office applications.Handled statistical analysis softwares.
