Current• Lead teams of 3-8 members on projects serving multi-billion-dollar manufacturers (1 project delivered) and CAT dealers (2 projects delivered). Projects involve delivering Key Performance Indicator (KPI) widgets on Tada (a digital-twin B2B SaaS data platform). I define the final product and develop wireframes by analyzing client data, develop / code on the platform, lead communication between client and internal teams, drive executive meetings, and make sure that the project is on track by using agile methodology. Given project management responsibilities within one year into the company starting at the associate level• Work directly under the SVP of Strategic Operations to build business models, conduct market and competitor research, prepare executive presentations for investors, research potential client industries to close new deals, and align deliverables to the overall corporate strategy of the company• Delivered on a cross-country logistics analysis problem for a large Westcoast-based coffee retailer and provided a solution that would deliver $3.2M in cost savings• Tada Platform: Developing a root-cause analysis and performance-improving Finance Module to provide management assistance across various levels of corporate structure• Analyzed error-prone big data using R for predictive outcomes and supply chain inventory management for a large healthcare provider
