Tasked with selling web solutions to the SMEs, meeting company MD, explaining the concept and advantage of using this service. Responsible for branch target and sales numbers, driving sales from the sales executives, team leaders and Branch managers, work in field and activating the executives, other than this visiting Branch locations and working / checking reports with Branch Managers. Assessing the productivity and achievements of the branches. Recommending changes and Mentoring employees. Reducing and controlling attrition. Implementing Process and enforcing company regulations. Planning and coordinate sales training sessions. Recruitment and Training of employees. Reviewing measures to achieve performance targets. Meeting Team leaders with their team and analyzing their performance. Preparing, reviewing of reports to Management. Approving / authorizing if any gap between processes.
