After completion of Production Engineering from Jadavpur University in Kolkata, I got the opportunity to start my career in Nano Project of Tata Motors, a project which is historic in itself. The five years of journey in "Nano" course including the "Singur to Sanand episode" helped me to develop skills in Manufacturing operations, supply chain management, quality improvement, building effective teams and delivering results under strict challenges and targets. In the next 3 and a half years I shifted to the International Business function of Tata Motors for the sales of Tata Motors' products in SAARC countries-an area which chiselled my skills of leveraging end to end value chain from product development to Customer delivery with strong financial outlook and macroeconomic parameters. After my post-graduation in Management from IIM Indore, I was in Accenture for Consulting of Digital Business processes transformation and providing solutions to its clients on intelligent operations and automation framework. Currently, I am working in TCS providing analytics solutions which have a direct correlation with KPIs thus helping my client in achieving those targets through data-based decision support systems.
