Functional leadership of senior program leaders from each of the 6 BUs to orchestrate the yearly recognition campaigns.(1800 Candidates)• Major re-prioritization of the Strategic Innovation Competency domains, synchronizing the CTO-board with the Technical Domain leads. (11 Domains, 6 CTOs of businesses)• Manage shift in strategic technical importance of Software while protecting the Electro-mechanical core of Schneider.• Working out the workforce planning process to accommodate multi-cultural, multi-demographic expertise spread for all of Schneider Electric. Lead a team 8 senior engineers to develop the first process automation Library for PES-PA.• 3 patents filed for system and methods: Predictive modeling of process design, maintenance, Infrastructure load predictions.• Successful order received for new SE- HCS from Lafarge-Holcim and Veolia.• Lead L3-Support staff for libraries. • Modularity (Library) expert as part of the Hybrid Control System- HCS (PES - PA), OTM team.• Co-innovator for several parts of HCS. Improved upon competing DCS and CCS systems. (ABB, Honeywell, Siemens)• This software forms the backbone of the Schneider Electric’s (€2B+) Industrial Automation, software solution suite.

• Bring critical customer centric approach to the development of motion and drive products.• Implement the Systems engineering approach to UX development.• Above approach reduced Japanese UI development time(for Toshiba drives) by 3x (9months → 3months).

• Several deep technical innovations done, and patents filed for the same (Total 6 patents). Hoisting, Conveying and Packaging segments.• Foundation of driving OEM solution sales (by selling Application Function Libraries). This business is today worth €980m+• Functional Team-leader position for the Hoisting – OEM Application solutions vertical. 6 applications designed and 200+ installations as field-tests and initial sales.
