CurrentJob role and responsibilities :--Lead all technological initiatives of the organization, manage the whole technology platform including its planning, development, and its implementation. -Maintain up-to-date information and knowledge of technological standards, recent industry trends, best practices for software development, and emerging technologies.-Understand complex business requirements quickly and architect customized detailed solutions to the above-Ensure the best practices and highest standards of technology are maintained across the organization.-Responsible for the creation of white papers and webinars for issuing direction to technical team members-Managing and guiding teams on software engineering platforms -Work closely with the business team on technological initiatives -Has the ability to set and manage job priorities judiciously -Pay attention to detailsKey responsibilities:--Responsible for choosing technology partner (s) and relationship management -Responsible for the successful delivery of technological solutions for the organization within time and budget-Responsible for providing support and other organizational tasks relating to technology. -Responsible for technological initiatives for enabling improved customer service -Responsible for developing and exploring new avenues for technology. -Responsible for articulating ideas to both non-technical and technical audiences
