Driving Major Incident Management Process Initiation of Problem Management process for Problemsidentified by Incident Management. Attending Calls with the engineering team comprising of Crisis Comms and Logistics, IM’s, Sr GCM, OCE, PCM, EB etc. Creating Post Incident Reports(PIR) as per the discussion in the bridge calls. Creating Post-mortem reports based on the on-call resolution after mitigation of the Sev 1 and Sev 2 incidents. Maintain The TTA, TTP and TTN as designed by the project. Be the brand ambassadors for identity. Well versed with MS Office Tools, Service Now, Remedy, ICM Tools, Microsoft Visio, Iridias, Citrix, Power BI, ACM Tools. Monitoring Databases, follow up on tickets raised on GCM application jobs failing, batches failing, working towards theresolution with the Database teams. Liaising with various Incident Managers towards Time keeping for Incident Mitigation, documenting thetroubleshooting done by the engineers to mitigate the problem. Driving Daily/Weekly/Monthly meetings with the Team members along with the Management regarding Daily tasks, crucial tasks for the day, setting targets for the day, week & month. Attending the Incident/Problem review meetings. Attend and drive the reconvene calls for Sev 2 incidents. Driving training programs for the team for upskilling their knowledge. Focus on leadership, organization goals & problem solving. Resolving issues, answering questions for improving team performance, evaluating team members performance & driving organizational goals. Understanding of the application functionalities, engaging the respective vendors and supporting teams in order to resolve the incidents within the agreed SLA’s. Notifying the participantsin the Incident Management process when standards and procedures are not being followed. Post verification of work around or solution, present the RCA report to the Delivery Project Executive (DPE) and Client.
