With over 20 years of experience in intellectual property, sustainability, and public affairs, I specialise in bridging the worlds of innovation, public policy, and ESG. I am the Director of Intellectual Property (IP), Public Affairs, and Sustainability at Bayer Brazil, where I lead projects that align IP strategy with corporate sustainability goals. I thrive on integrating legal skills with strategic advocacy. My work includes managing high-value IP litigation, driving sustainability actions, and shaping policy to foster a balanced, innovation-friendly environment.In addition to my role at Bayer, I co-chair the SDG/ESG Committee at the International Institute for Intellectual Property Management (I3PM) and lecture on IP and Corporate Sustainability at CEIPI-Université de Strasbourg. I have a scientific and legal background, an MA in Biotechnological Law and Ethics, an MBA in Innovation and Entrepreneurship, and certifications from Cambridge, Berkeley, Yale, and LSE in Sustainability, Public Policy, Communication and Leadership.As a thought leader in IP and ESG, I look forward to contributing to meaningful initiatives that drive responsible innovation and positive social impact.
