The Workforce Operations Manager is responsible for coordinating the planning and management of the delivery of workforce operations program. This position is key to ensure the delivery of integrated frameworks of Workforce among all departments, ensuring an integrated solution for the organization.Main responsibilities:• Manage the central tasks of the team Workforce Operations;• Manage the scope, planning and implementation of the Workforce;• Manage the continued progress of tasks and internal HR milestones;• Manage the integrated communication of the teams of the venues and functional areas of Rio 2016;• Manage and direct the activities of the workforce operations team consisting of Deputy Manager of Workforce Operations and Workforce Operations Volunteers;• Training and support new workforce operations managers in relation to the operational policies and procedures of the workforce;• Support the recognition program and engagement at the venue, in order to motivate the workforce throughout the period of the Olympic and Paralympic Games;• Manage and mitigate risks and events, developing contingency plans for each functional area;• Adapt and deliver all operational services at the venue;• Manage the workforce check-in and Help desk (paid and volunteer staff) ensuring a consistent and positive experience for everyone;• Adjust operational plans, policies and procedures as well as contingency plans for the workforce together with the venue team;• Participate in Venue daily meetings and provide written reports as defendant;• Manage all areas of the workforce, including check-in, Workforce Operations Centre, Break Area.

• Plan, develop and implement the integrated planning project of the workforce for the Deodoro Zone test events, lead the HR key teams to ensure the delivery of pre-Games services;• Implement the agreed levels of services in the planning, including the operation of physical facilities, equipments an the workforce designated per each venue;• Plan, manage, evaluate and control the scope, duration, cost, quality, risk, resources projects, identifying and engaging stakeholders and manage a detailed work program for operational planning including indicators reports;• Develop and implement operational plans, participation in the development of policies and procedures, as well as a contingency plan for the workforce for each event with the team of the venue and the core team of Workforce Operations;• Support the planning activities of games and projects for the team of Workforce Operations.• Workforce Operations Manager of 08 test events: Equestrian, BMX, Mountain Bike, Canoe Slalom, Tennis, Shooting, Rugby and Modern Pentathlon.

Main activities: Management of the project from briefing, planning and execution of all events (some as leader, some as part of the team), coordination of event agencies, contraction of suppliers, logistics and venue operations. Management of budget and reports. Interface with all LOC functional areas, FIFA and main partners such as HBS, Match, Government and stadium operators.Main projects: Preliminary Draw for the 2014 FIFA World Cup Brazil; Official Draw for the FIFA Confederations Cup Brazil 2013; 2013 FIFA Confederations Cup Opening and Closing Ceremonies; 2014 FIFA World Cup Final Draw; Team Workshop for the 2014 FIFA World Cup Brazil; 64th FIFA Congress; 2014 FIFA World Cup Brazil Opening and Closing Ceremonies.
