Job description:● Configure user's profile on system of new users.● Configure and troubleshooting MS office (Office 365) application one user's system.● Configure and troubleshooting vpn application (pulse secure vpn, cisco any connect vpn,) on user's system.● Installing and uninstalling software on user's system.● Troubleshooting internet connect to system (LAN, WIFI) and system performance.● Troubleshooting encryption software Bit locker.● Knowledge in data backup like OneDrive, PC backup, share drive.● Performed windows OS update and system hardware issues.
