Human Resources Manager
Job ResponsibilitiesStrategic Role:• Play a central role, in conjunction with the Director of HR in forward planning and strategy development for the HRM as a whole.• Ensure that the HR functions maintain and meets the policies, practices and procedures required to achieve the company's objectives.Specific HR Functions:1. Reward Strategies (Compensation and Benefits)• Advise the management on reward strategies for all staff covering salaries, bonus, incentives, and other benefits.2. Policies, Processes and Procedures:• Designing internal rules, policies, procedures, workflows and other guidelines/provisions necessary for implementations and disciplinary practices, establishing and maintaining personnel records and reports, maintaining company org-charts and employee directory.3- Recruitment and Selection and Retention:• To ensure that all recruitment is in accordance with that plan and agreed policies and budgets and particularly in line with the current business priorities and management thinking.4- Training and Development:To develop and enhance strategies and policies to maximize the skill set of every employee so that they can deliver the objectives of their post in the most effective way and develop succession planning for middle & senior management. 5- Performance Management and Succession Planning:• To work with the HR Team and cross-department to ensure that the performance process is aligned with the strategic needs and policies of the company.• To advise on proposals for performance award and career movement arising from the performance result and align with the performance policy, guidelines, and budget.6- Employee Relation and Engagement:• Manage employee relation issues as required regarding to contracts, terms and conditions, harassment, fair dismissal, or layoff etc and monitor HR compliance aligned with budget.Employee Engagement:Create/initiative engagement activities which are aligned with annual plan and budget.
