My primary job was inventory management, customer relations, and employee development. Ensuring the internal database was accurate, and products were delivered as promised. I coordinated with both internal and external employees. Working with these groups to provide the best service and fastest remedies to the customer.Working at Great American Gunstocks as their System Administrator, I was charged with maintenance and upgrading the companies electronic infrastructure. Rebuilding the company website, designing and maintaining the network and intranet, and researching new software to improve and develope the company. Either through record keeping, or online customer experience.
