I manage the payroll, onboarding, recruitment, and performance appraisal processes for over 50 staff members, ensuring compliance with labor laws and best practices. I also collaborate with the senior management and the academic team to develop and implement employee engagement, training, and development programs, enhancing the retention and satisfaction of our talent pool.I have a BBM degree in Accounting and Finance from Vijaya Institute of Management Mysore, where I gained a solid foundation in business administration, financial management, and accounting principles.
