Roles & Responsibilities:• Extensive experience in Sourcing, Identifying, Interviewing, Reference checking, Salary negotiations• Understanding the requirements, coordinating for short listing and screening including preliminary interview of the candidates• Actively involved in weekend drives and regular demands, coordinated with technical panel for the smooth functioning of the event• Screening and sourcing candidates through various job sites/portals as well as from internal database for the given requirements/ specifications• Posting and mass mailing the job requirements on job portals like Monster, LinkedIn & Naukri• Identifying the right source mix – Job Portals, References, Social & Professional networking, existing database• On boarding the candidates within a short span of time to avoid no shows• Post Offer Follow Up

• Rapid and effective sourcing of H1B, GC & US Citizen candidates through internet research, internal databases, job boards phone calls, referrals, networking and other strategies.• Use social networks and research to build internal database and possess strong technical/business acumen and understanding of technical requirements; deep sourcing skills and experience sourcing passive candidates; excellent candidate assessment skills• Handle multiple job requirements in a fast paced environment.• High energy level, self-starter and comfortable working in a high-impact workplace with a group of experienced team.• Ability to assess candidates capabilities, needs, and interests by understanding their long-term goals and build a diverse candidate database.• Proper documentation and pay rate negotiation• Multi-task and switch gears with efficiency while maintaining a positive attitude.

As a recruiter i am responsible for placing qualified candidates at our client sites.• Very good recruiting experience, Source, screen, interview and select qualified applicants for various IT requirements• Responsible for preparing review reports, recruitment reports, and submitting to the Management• Responsible for the full recruitment life cycle; including checking references, negotiating pay, issuing offer letters, performing background checks and completing paperwork for internal hiring.• Fill IT/Software positions with various clients on contract, contract-to-hire and permanent requirements across the USA.• Responsible for W2, corp-to-corp (C2C), 1099 contract negotiations, completing the required documentation• Utilize internal database to identify potential candidates• Place job requirements on the Internet to increase available candidate pool• Develop creative recruiting resources to attract qualified professionals interested in contract, contract to hire and direct placement employment
