We provide cutting-edge IT staffing expertise in Enterprise Resource Planning (Oracle and SAP) and Business Intelligence & Data Warehousing, Content & Identity Management, Infrastructure and more.Roles and Responsibilities:• Perform full-cycle recruiting and selection process for assigned positions• Build and maintain relationships with coworkers, managers, and company partners• Document activities in our Applicant Tracking System • Develop a pipeline of candidates through various sourcing techniques (career fairs, online job boards, social networking sites, associations)• Answer general questions from candidates regarding benefits, policies, procedures and practices• Manage the interview process; communicate expectations, feedback, and status information to candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders throughout the selection process• Work with hiring managers and interview teams to ensure job requirements and expectations are clearly understood and candidates are assessed against appropriate criteria• Manage the hiring process by working with the hiring managers and new hire stakeholders• Follow-up on a regular and consistent basis with the respective hiring managers and candidates to ensure timeliness of recruitment process• Communicate with candidates and team members to promote NetCentrics’ brand and culture to build interest in the company• Maintain company’s professional reputation and confidentiality at all times• Perform miscellaneous functions and special projects as assigned
