I started at the General Merchandise Tribe, where I was responsible for continuous improvement, agile adoption, designing ways of working, and hacking the culture with team members and mid-management layers. I was assigned to the Lider.cl Landing Page team and Inventory Management System. Additionally, I took ownership of cross-process campaigns such as the CyberMonday Event, creating a playbook for the event's way of work. I reduced the rate of incidents by working closely with product owners and teams, making data-driven decisions through Jira tagging and reports to create automated processes, reduce waste, and increase the capacity to develop valuable user stories, improving the user experience and continuous value delivery.One year later, I moved to the CoreTech domain, where I am responsible for aligning the cultural mindset and engaging the way of work of platform product teams (Cloud) to achieve synergy with product teams and the ecosystem. I also created and implemented the new team design for the cloud subdomain based on platforms catalog, individuals skills sets and company needs at the moment in order to mitigate a crisis time regarding to continuous disasters on the digital products and cloud services.
