Sadık Sözer Çizmeci is an Independent Consultant and CIPD-qualified Human Resources Professional with over fifteen years of experience in senior-level human resources management, combined with hands-on expertise across all facets of HR. He particularly enjoys formulating and implementing strategic approaches in all aspects of human resources management, including employee voice and engagement, employer branding, HR Information Systems, artificial intelligence, reward, and employee relations. He excels in following and implementing HR-related Turkish legislation, as well as managing all aspects of employee compensation and payroll accounting. Over the past ten years, he has provided strategic-level advice to numerous reputable non-governmental organizations, multinational companies, and international organizations, focusing on their legal presence in Turkey, liaison activities with government stakeholders, and human resources needs. He founded Expat Guide Turkey, a leading web resource and publication, and recently established Stafimy, an HR management consultancy offering tailored solutions to both local and international companies. He holds a BA in International Relations, graduating as the top student from Eastern Mediterranean University, and an LLM in European Law from the University of Nottingham. Currently, he is pursuing a Ph.D. in Human Resources Management at Ankara University. In addition to his professional achievements, he serves as the chairperson of Odak Der, a known Turkish charity organization.
