Worked as a Programmer and Fiscal Manager for the Marine Transportation Instruction Company (MTIC) at Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri. My responsibilities and accomplishments are as followed: -Successfully processed, tracked, and shipped over (1,298) students to their first duty station.-Served as the Financial Manager for MTIC tracking and maintaining the Company budget of $365,000.00 for FY-17.-Submitted and tracked over (50) Open Purchase Requests and (75) GCSS-MC Service Requests for MTIC.-Maintained and filed all records for the Company pertaining to Fiscal and Course Programmer.-Ensured cautious oversight of financial management, policies, and procedures for MTIC was being exercised. -Successfully created, tracked and validated over (35) convening and graduating rosters through the Marine Corps Training Information Management System (MCTIMS) for over (1,865) students who completed Motor Vehicle Operators Course (MVOC), Semi-Trailer Refueler Operators Course (SROC) and Vehicle Recovery Operators Course (VROC).-Screened, routed, and tracked over (85) Student Action Requests (SARs) for action via the Company and Detachment Staff, which accounts for all graduates, re-classification's, academic failures, and all other drops.
