Hello! I'm Sparsh, a recent graduate of the Business Insights and Analytics program at Humber Polytechnic, where I honed my ability to transform complex datasets into actionable strategies that drive institutional growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance student outcomes. My journey in the education sector stems from personal experience as an international student. Navigating the complexities of program choices and career paths firsthand has deepened my commitment to optimizing educational processes. One of my proudest achievements is building a data-driven opportunity mapping system that significantly reduced student placement identification time by 20%, improving matching accuracy and institutional efficiency.During my time at Humber, I had the honour of serving as the Vice President of the first-ever Data Analytics Club. This role allowed me to foster a collaborative community of analytics enthusiasts, organize events, and champion the use of data for innovation and problem-solving. Driven by a love for both data and education, I constantly seek new tools to innovate. During my semester break, I immersed myself in learning Power BI and, inspired by its potential, organized a fully booked training session for 46 participants at Humber Polytechnic. This experience allowed me to empower others to harness data-driven decision-making for success. To showcase my commitment and passion for data and the education industry, here are some of my key projects:• Designed a Python-based registration system for a College's Admissions department, leveraging OOP techniques to record student data and assign students based on calculated averages. The system generated valuable insights into distribution, average scores, and acceptance rates, improving overall admission processes.• Developed and implemented interactive PowerBI dashboards to visualize and analyze Canadian Quality of Life data. By employing advanced data analysis techniques, I uncovered key insights to support decision-making, earning a top-class grade of 98%.• Utilized SQL and Excel to analyze 11 independent datasets, identified correlations, and used MongoDB and Azure for querying. These technical skills are invaluable for educational institutions looking to integrate diverse data sources to improve institutional effectiveness.Skills:* Data Analysis* SQL* PowerBI* Python* Customer OrientedLet’s connect—I’d love to discuss the latest trends or explore how data can elevate your company.
