Responsible for operational P&L, growth strategy, M&A and partnership development of a 500-person team addressing supply chain resiliency and product readiness challenges in the Army and the Joint service branches of the US Department of Defense.

Led strategy development and deployment for Leidos' $4B Defense Group. Concurrently led the Business Development Operations team in prioritizing and tracking investments and pipeline opportunities.

Pivoted a diverse service-oriented portfolio to focus on repeatable, differentiated offerings with new business models. Led a team of 22 business development and capture professionals to deliver ~$1B in new contracts.

Conceived, developed and introduced technology-enabled service offerings utilizing Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and data analytics. Led business strategy for $800M firm specializing in mission-critical electronics for radars, missiles, space and electronic warfare systems. Concurrently, led and improved the performance of a $250M global fabless semiconductor business delivering radiation-hardened electronics to the space, industrial, medical and security markets.

Orchestrated the development of corporate strategy, business unit strategies and growth campaigns in unmanned systems and geospatial solutions. Co-led the post-merger (Harris' acquisition of Exelis) integration of engineering and technology functions to deliver on synergies.

Devised and executed business strategy, operational improvements and innovative business models for Networked Systems. Pioneered the use of business analytics for pipeline and investment management for the Intelligence business.

Devised and implemented technology strategy, business model and ecosystem partnership for energy conservation and demand management (SMARTGrid), industrial cybersecurity, and ‘Software as a Service’ (SaaS) applications

Key member of strategy team that advised global commercial aerospace firms and US Defense firms on growth vectors, M&A opportunities and organizational change. Improved operations, supply chain, and engineering effectiveness for aerospace, automotive and industrial clients.

Led Engineering, Program Management, Product Management and Business Development functions for industrial automation and aerospace markets. Roles include: Product management of integrated avionics suite, engineering manager of Aerospace Guidance and Control innovations, business innovator for wireless systems in industrial plants, program manager for advanced manufacturing and Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAV) programs, control system designer for industrial automation, and, engineering lead for neural network modeling and control of complex process systems
