My New role in Jaguar Land Rover, Lead the Geometric integration of the product following ‘Dimensional System' methodology, through Design & Engineering, prototype and launch and into series production to ensure that the function and aesthetics of the mating components and processes, work together to deliver the high quality customer expectation from a Jaguar Land Rover product.

Working as a DVA engineer for JLR products responsible to support the Design, Engineering and Manufacturing for world class dimensional system. • Assessing the complex assemblies using styling surfaces in design phase, calculating the design complexity and proposing best concept to studio for program gateways.• DVA analysis for side system (i.e. closures, flush glazing system, Exterior finisher) and Underbody system (i.e. Engine decking, PHEV and BEV system assemble process) to optimize and common dimensional strategy across JLR platform. • Develop DVA model with latest BoP, Identification and quantification of Key risk contributor using comparable current product and existing tolerance models.• To drive continual improvement into the DVA process within JLR by incorporating best practices and innovation solutions to maximise the value added to JLR products.• Drive compatible design and manufacturing process concepts to align to CDVR targets, support feasibility for what –if conditional for system, Identify no build conditions, and generate the specification for the LAM systems.

1.Develop DVA process model with optimum locator strategy (as per GD&T) and assembly sequence.2.Define measurement plan, Validate manufacturing capability (Fixture, tool), quality targets (gap & flushness) to meet design intent.
