CurrentOver 71 Years Of Experience — Orkin Canada provides industry-leading pest control services.Key Responsibilities:Customer Acquisition and Onboarding: Collaborate with Sales and Operations teams to identify, pursue, and successfully onboard new chain customers for Orkin, driving business growth.Account and Operations Collaboration: Partner with Account Managers, Operations Managers, and Technicians to enhance and expand Orkin’s chain business portfolio, ensuring exceptional service delivery and growth.National and International Expansion: Work closely with U.S. and international Orkin teams to support the growth of national and global chain businesses, driving Orkin's presence and revenue in diverse markets.Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong, lasting relationships with key stakeholders within assigned accounts. Drive business expansion by introducing new products and services, and adding new locations.Account Growth Strategy: Collaborate with Account Managers to deepen existing Chain accounts, identifying opportunities for expansion and introducing additional offerings.Client Needs Assessment: Engage with customer contacts, including senior executives, to assess needs and deliver tailored solutions that add value to their business.Sales Planning and Goal Setting: Establish sales objectives for key accounts to drive growth, and lead strategic initiatives aimed at achieving these goals.Account Review and Service Management: Conduct quarterly and annual reviews of key accounts to assess performance, growth opportunities, and ensure the highest levels of service quality.Cross-Departmental Coordination: Ensure collaboration between internal teams to guarantee excellent customer service for major accounts, aligning efforts to meet customer needs.Product and Service Promotion: Actively promote awareness of new Orkin products and services, presenting them as solutions to customer needs and driving product adoption.
