Poratha Corporation is a construction company that specialises in the Oil and Gas industry. My experience within the company is varied and my current role is as a Junior Supply Chain Management (SCM) manager. My job is to optimize the end to end supply chain processes to ensure that there are no wastages. My other previous roles were given during the construction phase in the Shell Middle Distillate Synthesis (SMDS) in Bintulu for the Shell Plant turnaround project 2023. My previous roles were Trainee engineer, Flange quality controller, Site administrator and Junior project engineer. In this shutdown project, I made sure that site work followed the scheduled plan and assisted Lead Site Engineer as well as the Lead Project Engineer by completing documentation necessary for the preparation and construction phase. Achievements• Contributed to the installation and repair of pipelines in SMDS Bintulu.• I developed expertise in flanges and became a Flange Quality Controller. Responsibilities• Liaison with vendors to develop relationship and ensure best prices for clients.• Ensure materials reach their intended destinations on time.• Develop a workflow and implement improved system for SCM team.• Perform documentation checking and improve document control for SCM team.• Prepare documentation for work packages of several line installation.• Handle logistics and scheduling of personnel and spool painting activities.• Took charge of flange quality checking & documentation and communication with quality personnel at site.• Ensure that personnel follow Shell procedures with regards to site permits.• Emergency site supervisor for project work when necessary.• Developed lifting plans and assisted Lifting Supervisor with Shell permit documentation.• Review and sign off on non-destructive testing (NDT) documentation.• Handle all administrative work i.e., daily reporting, arranging transportation and inventory list.

Royal Lake Club Kuala Lumpur is a Malaysia’s premier club that was founded on August 16th, 1980. I was commissioned to perform a quality audit based on ISO 9001:2015 standards on the processes of Royal Lake Club and produce a report to highlight areas to improve.Responsibilities• Review 2 main processes of Royal Lake Club.• Assess the processes, produce a quality audit report, and give recommendations on areas to improve.

I was upskilling my current design skills while delivering technical drawings to my clients that have engaged my services. By utilizing my skills in Solidworks and Autocad, I produced quality designs within the time frames given by clients.

ARYZTA is a global food, retail, and restaurant business, specialising in frozen business to business bakery services, including breads, pies, quiches, glazes, sauces, and appetisers. My job was to deliver consistent product quality by ensuring compliance with food safety regulations and GMP standards.

As Project Engineer for Digital Plant Specialists, I drafted technical drawings using AutoCad, including structural and piping drawings. In addition, I used Faroscene and Leica Cyclone to process Laser Scanned Data and PlantLinx software to design detailed 3D as-built models for customers in the oil and gas industries. In this role, I reviewed 3D models and product display for clients using Navisworks software and maintained constant communication with each project lead to ensure proper project execution and meet customer requirements. I also built the capacity of new-hire staff to onboard them into using PlantLinx 3D modelling software for their day-to-day activities.Below are a few of the ways I brought value to Digital Plant Specialists in my role as Project Engineer:♦ Served as assistant design engineer on multiple projects, liaising with client to determine if additional input was required, performing quality checks on lead design engineer deliverables, and creating new technical designs or reworking existing designs when required.♦ Served as subject matter expert, identifying symbol meaning and correcting errors, for artificial intelligence (AI) project utilising object and word scanning to create digital versions of technical drawings for company KM.♦ Ensured proper management of data files, including iterations of soft- and hardcopy technical drawings.♦ Assisted documentation project for ISO 9001 certification compliance by providing feedback and supporting needs of project manager.

At SK Information Engineering Services, I processed 3D data using Leica software to support design of 3D oil rig models. I also generated progress reports and estimated deadlines to promote effective project management. In my role, I also used PlantLinx software to produce as-built 3D models, particularly for a Public Company Limited (PTT), Thailand plant project and used Navisworks software to review 3D models for accuracy.I am grateful for the great learning experience that being a 3D Designer for SK was for me. I am particularly proud of:♦ Serving as point of contact for progress reports♦ Data processing from 3D scanners, which represented 30% of each project’s workload.♦ As-built 3D model designs

Alix Global is a company that provides neo-marketing services to their clientele and have ventured into the equity crowdfunding. I was in charge of writing press releases, participate in events held by Alix Global and wrote up a business plan for AG Media. I reported to my supervisor; COO, Mr Daniel Goeffret.

As an intern at AABCO Engineering & Machine Technology, I collaborated with senior engineers in project development, following all work safety policies and regulations and providing prompt troubleshooting assistance when necessary. As part of my day-to-day activities, I generated scaled sketches and 3D designs utilizing Solidworks and AuoCad to support project development and clarify special requirements as well as contributed to the Production Team’s deliverables when necessary, through welding, quality control and machining.Finally, I was also entrusted with managing relationships between members of the Design and Production teams. During my time as an intern at AABCO, I brought value to the firm by:♦ Creating more than 30 technical sketches, using AutoCAD and Solidworks.♦ Creating BOM lists and assisting in product installment.♦ Performing peer quality checks for junior designers and junior engineers.

As Engineering Intern for INFORMS HT, I shadowed senior engineers to glean on-the-job sales and analysis training, assisting in project execution as required.I am grateful for the learning experience and am particularly proud of:♦ Producing 3 simulation designs for the biodiesel industry for presentation.♦ Assisting in calibration and setup of bioreactor at a local university, under service engineer supervision.
